The aesthetic appearance is a result of juxtaposition of one architectonic detali which is characteristic element for the street, an oriel multiplication composes the facades. Last level has been receding to mach the roof shape of the neighboring houses. Six stories contain hotel rooms, lobby, conference zones, restaurance and the gim on the roof top. Under the ground the two levels parking has been placed. Lobby is the designed in a contemporary bright and light aesthetic with accents of historical details to correspond with historical sourrandings of the location.
